What Am I Getting Exactly?
This is a 4 week Diploma delivered via professional online content and 4 hours a week of face to face learning.

You’ll be doing all of this with 100% integrity. What happens each week? Each Monday you will have access to the on line programme videos and workbook as follows:
WEEK 1
Start with the end in mind and professional development.
After a brief introduction and making sure you have all the materials you need to complete the programme with flying colours, you’ll learn the importance of our code of ethics and what competencies you will be measured against. We will then set objectives and I’ll let you in on the 5 things you must always do when selling. We will then create YOUR personalised sales plan.
WEEK 2
Communication Skills and Gorgeous Gatekeepers!
It’s time to take on the dreaded gatekeepers… Dun, Dun Dun! I’ll provide you with enough techniques and tips to use to get by the gatekeeper and get speaking to a decision maker.
Networking for a digital age and creating immediate impact
Ever hit a blank when trying to sell? Not anymore! I’ll show you how to set off on the right foot everytime. You’ll develop your hook and get our proven four step approach.
Prospecting for new business and handling Objections.
Are you ready to learn the secret, yet simple, way to handle ANY objection with integrity and good humour.
WEEK 3
Understanding Influences On Buyer Behaviour
Creating need for your clients in a professional and ethical way is key to a strong sales career.
Let’s chat about QUESTIONS. You’ll come away from these sessions knowing the importance of when to prove and when to listen. There are different types of questions. I’ll take you through all of them and teach you when to use each one! We will then look at the subject of advanced questioning techniques.
WEEK 4
Preparing and delivering a sales presentation.
How to be FAB!
FAB… Features, values and benefits of course! Kick back with an ice lolly and I’ll show you how to build value and deliver messages with clarity and consistency

You’ve done all the hard work, now it’s time to close. I’ll give you some no-brainer closing techniques and you’ll be on your way complete with an action plan for success!
On top of all of that, we’ll be chatting face to face every Thursday at 09.00 on our Zoom call where you can ask me questions and get some bonus tips, training and techniques unique to you.
